Dear Patients,

We kindly inform you, that due to the epidemiological situation – COVID 19-,
admission of patients at Charme Clinique takes place in line
with special Ministry of Health regulations.

• Before approaching the reception desk, please use the hand disinfectant
  dispenser and put on a mask covering your mouth and nose.
• Before a dental visit, the patient is asked to fill in an epidemiological interview form,
  followed by the patient’s body temperature measurement carried out by the receptionist.
• Our premises are equipped with devices for air purification with an 8-stage
  filtering system ( including Hepa filter) and a UVC lamp. Our medical personnel wear
  disposable protective clothing adapted to the current epidemiological situation.

If you suspect you have symptoms of infection – rhinitis, cough,
the raised temperature, please cancel your visit.
